Technologies, Tools & Integrations

LoopLogiQ isn't locked into one platform. We build AI automation with whichever proven tools fit the job — here's what typically powers a LoopLogiQ workflow, and how each piece is used.

AI & Automation

We build AI agents on top of leading language models — OpenAI and Claude for most client-facing chatbots and agents, open-source models run locally through Ollama when data privacy matters, and DeepSeek for cost-efficient reasoning. Microsoft Copilot and OpenAI Codex assist with AI-accelerated development.

Workflow Automation

Most automations are orchestrated in n8n — or Make and Zapier when a client's team already runs on one of those — connecting your apps through webhooks and REST APIs so data moves between your CRM, calendar, inbox, and AI agents without manual work. When no off-the-shelf integration exists, we build a custom workflow to bridge the gap.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Client automations run on Hetzner Cloud VPS infrastructure, packaged in Docker containers on Linux servers, with Cloudflare — including Cloudflare Tunnels — in front for DNS, security, and reliable uptime. We also have hands-on experience with AWS (S3, Lambda, and EC2) for teams already standardized on it.

Web Development

Sites and landing pages are built with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, extended with custom logic on Wix through Wix Velo, hosted on Netlify, and designed in Penpot before a line of code is written.

Databases & Data

Structured, queryable data lives in PostgreSQL and Supabase; Airtable is used when a lightweight, visual database fits better. JSON is the common format that moves data between tools and workflows.

Business Systems & Integrations

Automations plug directly into the systems clients already run: Wix and Wix Payments for e‑commerce, Google Workspace — Drive, Docs, Gmail/SMTP — for daily operations, and Zoho Mail for business email.

Development Tools

Every automation is version-controlled with Git and hosted on GitHub, written in VS Code, and connected to client systems through REST APIs — keeping projects auditable, maintainable, and easy to hand off.

Data & Business Intelligence

Before recommending an automation, we often pull business data from multiple sources — including Google's Places API and Reddit's public API — analyze a client's current website and processes, and use AI to generate a clear, plain-English report on what to automate first and why.
